These Terms & Conditions apply to players. The player shall be held liable for violation of this regulation.

Modifications To the Terms and Conditions:
Player must be over the age of 18 to participate in Sikwin. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to join Sikwin. Any attempt to exploit this restriction, such as by using a VPN, proxy, or similar service that hides the identity of your true location, or by otherwise providing incorrect information about player location or place of residence, or by placing bets or wagers through a third party or on behalf of a third party, is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. You might be committing fraud and facing criminal charges as a result.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, player acknowledge that gambling has the risk of financial loss, and bear full responsibility for any such loss. Player acknowledge that his/her participation in Sikwin is risk and option. Player have no rights against Sikwin or any partner, or their respective directors, officers, or employees for any damages.
1.3 Site Availability:
We have the right to remove, suspend, or change any component or feature of the website at any time. We may stop access to portions of our website or the entire website for maintenance purposes if the need arises. We shall not be liable if our Website is inaccessible at any time or for any period due to any reason. We reserve the right to alter the content of our website (including betting products or parts of betting products) at any time (provided that such changes do not impact games and bets currently in process).
Player may only use the Webpage for personal, non-commercial purposes players are not permitted to offer access to or replicate the Website or any portion of it in any manner without our prior written permission, including by making links to it. You may not use the Website for any purpose and may be deemed defamatory, abusive, obscene, illegal, racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminating, or that might offend others.
Player are entirely responsible for making all required arrangements to get web access. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred by your internet or any telecommunications service provider to access the Website. Contact the Customer Support Team if you see a problem or have any inquiries.
1.4 Guidelines for Age Verification:
Only a Registered Player will receive money for a withdrawal request. Our chosen agents will verify your identification and clarify your eligibility to use and the source of the cash you have gambled at Sikwin. After verifying customer age, we will deposit funds into the customer account. If you are determined to be underage of 18 after completing the age verification process, Sikwin will refund all deposits made to your account, voiding any wins or bonuses.
2.1 Account Registration:
Each registered player may have only one account. Players may register only one account per family, address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet or electronic payment method. Persons otherwise associated with a player will not be allowed to register on the website.
No registered player may be re-registered as a new customer (under a new name, with a new email address etc.). We have right to close any duplicate account which is own by any player.
2.2 Bank Details:
Registered account/cardholder's name MUST be the same. In case the name registered on the Sikwin account and the name that appears on the player's credit/debit card or financial/bank account differ in any way, the Player's account should be blocked.
2.3 Identity Verification:
The Company's management reserves the right to request from the player, at their discretion, any documentation substantiating their identity or other data they have provided (for example, passport details, residential address), as well as to cancel any payments until all such details have been verified. The Company also maintains the right to notify regulatory agencies and local authorities of the player's fraudulent acts.
The management retains the right to arrange a video conference as part of the identity verification procedure and requests that the papers be submitted. Verification may take up to 72 hours by the time papers are received. The outcome of the video conference can be sent to the player within 5 working days following the event.
If a player refuses to submit to verification, the firm maintains the right to cancel their wagers (including bets placed from duplicate accounts). Furthermore, management ensures the right to take any necessary steps, including but not limited to banning the account and freezing the available funds until the verification is complete.
2.4 Account Removal:
The website reserves the right to remove or freeze the player's account in any of the following cases without affecting the validity of the foregoing terms:
- The player went bankrupt,
- Duplicate registration (including registration under a different name), submission of someone else's, invalid, or faked papers (including those that have been edited by using any kind of software or graphic editor),
- Suspicions about the player's identity or the information they have provided (e.g., address, credit/debit card information, other data),
- Any fraud committed by you or someone acting in your interests or coordination with you, including but not limited to:
a) Receipt or rake fraud,
b) Your use of a stolen or unverified bank card as a means of obtaining funds,
c) Any actions you have carried out or attempted to carry out which may reasonably be considered illegal in any applicable jurisdiction, which was committed deliberately or to deceive or circumvent constraints set in law regardless of whether this action or attempt ultimately causes loss or damage to your account.
The player is responsible for keeping their password and account number confidential, which they received during registration. If a third party obtains the player's login information, the bookmaker should be notified, and the player should change their username and password, as well as their email password, to stronger ones. You must not reveal any cash withdrawal codes or phone number change codes to any third party.
The account holder assures that all activity on the account is carried out by them. If the account is maintained by a third party, the account holder is solely responsible for account access.
2.6 Inactive Account:
The Company maintains the right to block an account if it has been inactive for three months. Please contact our Security Team to unlock an account.
3. Updating the Rules:
The bookmaker maintains the right to revise and add additional provisions to these Rules at any moment. Such new regulations or changes will affect immediately once published on the website.
